  1. The triglycerides is formed via esterification not condensation right?

    1. A triglyceride is formed from the condensation of one molecule of glycerol and three molecules of fatty acids. This reaction is known as esterification.

    2. Esterification = condensation reaction in which an ester (triglycerides) is formed from three fatty acids and one glycerol molecule. Esterification is the term for this whole process.
